The empire of Nancy Silverton is expanding into Georgetown DC and any new MOZZA location needs new signage. As a part of maintaining the historic facade, MOZZA wanted an updated logotype to fit the tone of the area. 13 inches tall letters now adorn the old Dean & Deluca building at 3276 M. St. NW. This wide low contrast sans utilizes small flares in place of serifs to increase legibility as this signage is 18 feet in the air.
